Hector Madero

Independent Director

Mr. Madero has served as Chairman of the Board of Grupo Actinver since 2004 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1996 until 2024. Mr. Madero has more than three decades of experience in the Mexican financial sector and has played a central role in the development and growth of Actinver into a leading independent financial services group in Mexico, providing wealth management, brokerage, investment banking and asset management services. Prior to joining Actinver, Mr. Madero held several senior leadership positions in the financial industry, including serving as President of Bursamex Internacional Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., a U.S. broker-dealer affiliate, and as Deputy Managing Director of the International Division and Capital Markets of Bursamex Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.

Mr. Madero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
